Core Facility Hohenheim

modul 1 mass spectrometry

The Core Facility Hohenheim modul mass spectrometry is a research unit for mass spectrometric metabolome and proteome analysis. It provides state-of-the-art technology for identification and characterisation of metabolites and proteins as well as for mass spectrometric analysis of proteins, peptides and other biomolecules.

The Core Facility is open to all institutes of the University of Hohenheim and their external cooperation partners. The intention is to support the work of the university staff, from theoretical experimental design to sample analysis. Charges for service analysis (see Terms and Conditions) are used to cover the costs for chemicals and maintenance of the instruments.
